Registration and cancellation terms

At the conference, the maximum number of participants is 300.

Conference registration fee includes conference badge and materials, opening plenary and reception Jan 17th, admission to the conference sessions  and coffee breaks Jan 18th-19th, free public transportation in Tallinn with conference badge Jan 15th-22st. Please note that lunch is not included, the break for lunch lasts for 2 hours to enable exploring the city centre.

All additional conference events have to be registered and paid during online registration. On-site registration is possible in case of availability.

All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from 2 May, 2019 until 10 January, 2020. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice. We can only accept euro-payments.

Participation in the 4th Baltic Sea Conference on Literacy is subject to a fee. Registration to the Conference and social events are binding for the participant. The fees are to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Conference participants.

Cancellation policy

Should you cancel your attendance at the Congress by 15 October, 2019, the participation fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. Should you cancel your attendance at the Congress by 6 January, 2020, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation after 6 January, 2020, no refund is possible.

Please submit your cancellation to the Congress Secretariat in writing via e-mail: kristin@publicon.ee. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details. Name changes are free of charge.
