Booking and cancellation terms

All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from 2 May, 2019 until 10 January, 2020. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice. We can only accept euro-payments.

Accommodation for the Conference is subject to a fee. The accommodation booking is binding for the participant. The fee is to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration Pre-payment is necessary before the payment deadline marked on the invoice.. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Congress participants.

Cancellation policy

Should you cancel your accommodation by 1 November, 2019, the participation fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. Should you cancel your accommodation by 1 December, 2019, 50% of the  fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation after 1 December, 2019, no refund is possible.

Please submit your cancellation to the Delegate Services in writing via e-mail: kristin@publicon.ee. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, the amount paid and bank details.
Name changes are free of charge.
